Move List
Unlock the extra moves by winning Doggy Doo games:
Effect - Action
Sit down - Press Down.
Lie down - Press Down while sitting down.
Sit up - Press Up while lying down.
Stand up - Press Up while sitting down.
Shake body - Press Left, Right, Left.
Beg #1 - Press Left, Right, Up.
Beg #2 - Press Right, Down, Up.
Beg #3 - Press Left, Up, Down.
Beg #4 - Press Left, Left, Right.

Poop - Press Left, Right, Down.

Never Hungry
When walking around you will see crates every now and again. If you smash into these by running into them food will come out. Eat this and you won’t be hungry.
Regain Health
Use one of the beg moves near a human and they might give you a treat.
Different collars
When Jake bathes, he also gets a new collar, and a new J to match it.
Free food
In some areas there is a slot machine called “Lucky 7″. Have Jake pull the handle. If the rows match up, Jake will get some food. If it lands on all “7″s, he gets a bunch of food.
Treats from animals
To get a free treatm grab an animal (chicken, cat, or skunk). A treat will fall from it. Press Square and Jake will shake most of the feathers or fur off it. If you grab a skunk, press Circle hard. Jake will pitch him in the air. Giving you time to bolt without being sprayed.
Boom City Station: Sleeping Bandit
You will need the police dog. First, have Jake go up to where the warehouse is located. Jump on the first platform, then on a crate and push the button. Then, get the German Shepherd and have him climb up on the roof and take the jumps. Once inside, have him grab the big “blocks” and pull them out in a line, then down. The opening across from the entrance has a bone. To save time you can have the German Shepherd get it and toss it down. The middle one leads to the bandit, and the other one is a dead end. Once in the middle one (with the German Shepherd), run down the ledge/path. Once in the warehouse, walk slowly (no barking) down the ramp and around the path and down again. Have the German Shepherd pull the lock on the door, then run back up underneath the bandit. The “Pick Up” option should be available. Have him grab the mask, and he will automatically take it back to the cop.
Boom City: Finale
To save Daisy, have Jake run down the first ramp and push the button. Then, back up the ramp and around the path. Down the next ramp are two buttons to push. Back up the ramp and go around the path then down another ramp. Pull the lever and follow the arrow up the next ramp across the round object and down. Pull on that lever, then run over to the crates. Hop up them and back down onto another ramp/path. Go past the turn slightly and push that button. Then, go back and down the path across another round object down another ramp. You will see a U-turn sort of arrow on the ground. Turn around and run past the crate of cat food. There is another button just past that which is easy to miss. Then, keep going forward and up yet another ramp. Follow the path around all the bends until you get to a square area, a big machine, and a small pile of wrenches/screwdrivers. Have Jake toss three of these into the machine and it will break.
Boom City: High Street helicopter
Have the Husky run up the steps by the mall. (where the bath is) and up and across the roof and down onto the platform the get the helicopter.
Boom City: Second thief
Once you get the Greyhound, run under the man and bark non stop. You will hear him saying things such as “Nice doggie” and “Hush now”. That indicates that he is following you. Walk around the bottom slowly, barking non-stop. Once you get him all the way to the end, run around the corner (keep going forward); then around the corner, up the steps, around the next corner, and grab the bag. Once he has it, he will take it to the cop.
Centre (Clarksville): Getting the bone in the butcher shop
Take the kids basket someplace where there are chickens and have Jake bark at them. Then, carefully pick them up. When Jake is directly next to the basket, gently tap Circle so that he will drop them in. If you press Circle to hard, he will
pitch them and they will break. Then, take the basket to the kids. Once you regain control of Jake run into the shop, you can also get something to eat while in there.
Mountain Top: Fix antenna
To fix the antenna at the mountain top, take that pigeon feeder off the mall landing on High Street. Toss it close to the antenna on Mountain Top.
Ski Slope: Snowball fight
When the kid tells you to throw snowballs at him, go into Smellovision after picking up a snowball. Back away from him a few steps, aim for his chest, and throw. A sound will indicate when you have hit him correctly. After the third one, he will drop the bone. Once you are doing it correctly, the kids will throw snowballs at Jake.
Ski Slope: Snowman parts
The coal is in the house/shack up there by the snowman. The arms are in the trees north of the snowman. The nose (carrot) is in a trash can next to the ski lift where the people come out. The hat is on the decking of the cafe up the stairs where the ski lift is located.

Etna’s Diary
There are two hidden switches in the castle. One is behind the throne, and another is near the skull on the counter of the Rosenqueen shops. Flip both of them to allow access to Etna’s diary, which is in the middle corner of the intermediate hallway between the throne room and the shops. If you visit this area consistently for each chapter, you will be rewarded with a Testament item in the final chapter.
Unlock Majin Class
To unlock the majin class, you need each of the following classes, at level 200: warrior, male brawler, ninja, rogue, and scout. The majin is the best class in the game.
Gaining More Experience
If you want to level up faster, just throw your enemies into each other, so they will combine into bigger enemies who are worth more experience points.
How to level up faster
Once you open up the area “Cave of Ordeals”. Go through it until you reach the 3rd area. Here you will find 3×3 rows of enemies and the field has a “Exp 50%” Geo panel on it. If you can use a 3×3 attack to kill all the enemies in this stage in one swoop, your character will level up insane amounts. You can take a level 1 character to level 200 if they have a high enough attack. Also be warned that the enemies in this stage have high defense, either bring out other members to weaken the monsters up or you can have one warrior bravehearted by a team of mages.
Unlocking Alternate Netherworld
Pass the Dark Congress proposal “Alternate Netherworld” to unlock the Alternate Netherworld.
Unlocking Beauty Castle
Pass the Dark Congress proposal “The Great Seal” to unlock Beauty Castle.
Getting Marjoly
To get Marjoly (Level 2500) to join your forces, beat her in the Beauty Castle.
Getting Priere on your team
To get Priere (Level 2000) to join your forces, beat her in the Alternate Netherworld.
Getting Laharl’s Title
To get the Tyrant title for Laharl, beat Baal in Baal Castle.
Capturing Enemies
To capture an enemy, throw it onto the Base Panel. Then, the enemy fights against all of your remaining characters. The enemy will get some sort of boost, so its not too easy to capture. Humanoids and Bosses can not be caught. Use this to your advantage to capture strong enemies.
Easy way to kill Baal the first time
To have an easier time killing Baal, go to the map before Lord of Terror in Baal Castle. Capture a level 2500 Sert. Repeat a few times. Then, throw a Flamberg onto a Sert, and capture a level 3500 sert. repeat until you get a level 9999 sert. You will have to use the “Stronger Enemies” proposal about 10 times to get a level 9999 sert.
This will make killing Baal much easier.
Trick to kill Uber Prinny Baal
There is a simple trick to kill Uber Prinny Baal. You need a Scout or anyone with the Geo Change skill. Go to the Lord of Terror map, in Baal Castle, and have the person with Geo Change skill use it. If there are no “Damage 20%” or “Invincibility” Geo Panels, then hit “Quit” on the menu screen and try again. Keep Baal on the Damage 20% squares to have him die in 5 turns. Or, if you can do damage to him, wait for invincibility. It helps to steal Baal’s items to do damage.
Get the most out of your turn
If you are trying to level all of your characters mainly by using team attacks, etc., move all your characters into position for a team attack. As long as none of them besides the initial attacker have not performed any actions, after the team attack
you can move them back to their original locations and move them again. Repeat this as desired. This also works if your characters are just out of a healers range; you can move them, heal them, then move them back into battle.
Selecting Monster Character with Little Mana
After defeating a monster it will show up in Character select. It will be selected only with lots of Mana. In order to get the Monster with little Mana, go where you can fight the Monster, and keep defeating him until its Mana cost drops to where
you can get it at your cost. Every time you defeat it go to Character select and watch the mana drop.
Unlock Mr. Gency’s Exit Chapter 3
Speak to the Dimensional Gatekeeper.
Unlock Staff of Sorcery Chapter 8
Speak to Gargo.
Unlock Etna’s Chamber
Speak to the skull in the shop, then speak behind the throne. Then her room will be in the corner of the next room where Ghoss and Gargo is.
Unlock God’s Hand
Clear the Cave of Ordeals stage 5. Make sure you’ve unlocked it.
Unlock Hyperdrive Shoes
Enter the Item World B100 and defeat the Item God 2. If you exit, you must start over from B1.
Unlock Longinus Spear
No necessary Chapter: Make sure at least one of your characters has a spear mastery of 25 or higher. Enter the Dark Assembly, then speak to Longinus.
