To get easy points, all you have to do is to get really close to the net and aim the ball downwards. After having a rally, most of the time your opponent will miss the ball.

In the vet’s office on level 13, walk into the small office on the far right side. Approach the computer and press A to play Missile Command. Then, successfully complete the level to unlock the game at the ‘Atari Games’ menu.

During the opening screens, press L and R to zoom in the image in the background.
When you get to use a turret gun in certain parts of a level, click Left Analog-stick to zoom in 3x. This will help you see what you are shooting at, and result in better aim.
On most weapons, you can zoom in by 3x pressing R.
While zoomed in, aim for the neck of most enemies and their heads will pop off. Each head is worth Skynet Tech points.
To kill the first guardian in level 10 take your multi-caster out and shoot it rapidly. If it runs out of bullets switch to EGM Generator and stun him. Then switch to R6pak and shoot it a few times then it will die.
Get four medals to get the HK Recon threat data option.
Get four medals on level 3. This can be quite difficult because your character gets hit all the time and it is hard to dodge the enemies. Go to ‘Awards’ to check what medals you received. This was the cyborg from in T2: Judgement Day and The Terminator.
Finish all the training missions under the time limit, then press L at the mission complete screen to see what you have unlocked.
Successfully complete the level 1 under the medium difficulty setting to unlock the ‘Game Intro’ in the ‘Bonus Material’ screen.
Aim for a terminator’s head while in battle. If you shoot its head, it will pop off, and you will get a lot of Skynet Tech points. Sometimes when you shoot its head off, it will run around shooting its gun in the air and then explode.
Use the following trick for adrenaline combos using little adrenaline. When you are about to attack with your electric baton, turn on your adrenaline and start to attack. When you land the first hit, turn off adrenaline and continue to attack. You will notice that you attacked with your adrenaline combos.

Win the track 9 race in story mode.
Win the track 33 race in story mode.
Win the track 7 race in story mode.
Defeat Vasily in all races.
Defeat Clark in all races. Alternately, win the track 45 race in story mode.
Win the track 27 race in story mode.
Win all races in story mode to unlock the San Francisco tracks in single race and cop chase modes, as well as the Chevrolet Corvette L-88, Jaguar XK-R, Lotus Espirit V8, and Lotus Elise.
Win all races in story mode for London to unlock the London tracks in single race and cop chase modes, as well as the Chevrolet Chevelle SS 454 and Skeeter’s Pontiac GTO. Also, the Aston Martin DB7 Vantage Police Car, Lotus Espirit V8 Police Car, and Jaguar XK-R Police Car can be selected on the London tracks in cop chase mode.
Win all races story mode for Monte Carlo to unlock the Monte Carlo tracks in single race and cop chase modes, as well as the Aston Martin DB7 Vantage, Chevrolet Corvette Z06, TVR Cebera Speed 12, and Ford SVT Mustang Cobra R. Also, the Jaguar XJ220 Police Car, Chevrolet Corvette Z06 Police Car, and TVR Cebera Speed 12 Police Car can be selected on the Monte Carlo tracks in cop chase mode.
Win all races story mode for Tokyo to unlock the Tokyo tracks in single race and cop chase modes, as well as the Nissan Skyline GT-R V-Spec, Dodge Charger, Subaru Impreza 22B, and Shelby Series 1. Also, the Nissan Skyline GT-R V-Spec Police Car, Subaru Impreza 22B Police Car, and Toyota Supra Police Car can be selected on the Tokyo tracks in cop chase mode.
Unlock all of the other cars in the game. Select the San Francisco Drag Race and use the Dodge Concept Viper to set a new time record. Then, enter SOUNDMAX as a name at the high score screen. The Jaguar XK-R “SoundMAX SPX”, Jaguar XK-R “Analog Devices”, and the Aston Martin DB7 “SoundMAX SPX” will be unlocked in all modes except for story mode.
Win the track 26 race in story mode.
Win the track 5 race in story mode.
